I want to cancel 3 automatic updates on a blog: Video Press, No-Ads and 25GB Space Upgrade. They are due to be updated on 8 March and I have been in contact with Support directly. The solution I was given was to go to Store ยป Domains, but there isn't an option there to cancel the upgrades, just a confirmation that they will automatically renew on 8 March.
I have sent 3 emails since and not had any response.
Can anyone help please?
