I can not figure out how to cancel this domain. I have yet to actually pay for this. so I imagine that might be a reason. I went to the store to use the cancel button. It does not exist.
I have two days to notify to cancel it, and I can't find other way to notify anyone.
The blog I need help with is soulmateplanblog.wordpress.com.

I don't see any transactions on your account, and those domains have never been registered.
I can't remove them from my blog list.
Those are just normal free WordPress.com blogs with no paid upgrades. You can delete them following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
