Cancel domain

    Hi,

    I bought a domain name .com and wanted to change to get hosting. My designer told me to cancel to move it over, but in doing so i lost the domain instead of transferring or domain mapping. I emailed the mistake within 20 mins to your team but they said they cannot help. I have a business that has products with the address on and need it desperately. Is there anyway you can help or at least let me know when your company will make it available again or how i can get it back asap.

    As mentioned in the cancellation confirmation, "Canceling a domain after 2 days of purchase means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation."

    This particular domain is beyond our abilities to recover.

    Once a domain has been canceled, it becomes the property of our registrar partner and is returned to the public market for re-purchase at their discretion. We have no control over this process.
