Cancel upgrade Premium US$ 99 pls. pay back or to show a credit - wordpress.org

  3. "Cancel" button on My Upgrades is not available . i try to Contact support but all ways coming to the forum.

  4. Make sure you are logged in with the same username account that purchased the upgrade. Regardless, I've tagged this for Staff assistance. Please be patient while they get back to you.

  6. Similar problem, I would like a refund on the $99 dollar upgrade I purchased last night. I was able to press the cancel button, but I am not sure if the website acknowledged the cancelation. Anyways, how do I know that my upgrade cancelation was refunded??

  7. Log in as Admin under the same same username account that registered the blog, purchased the upgrade and requested the refund. Go to
    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  8. ok thanks but after the cancelation at the bottom of the My Upgrades Page is says, "We'll send you an email with a confirmation link for this action, please check your email for a confirmation link shortly."

    I have not received a confirmation email for the cancelation, does it take a few hours to respond with a confirmation email, or should I be receiving an email shortly after the cancelation?

    sorry, no email or any action.

    We have only one check-in!
    SPAM etc. check done.
    NO -> Billing History in Dashboard > Store > Billing History

    "You have no billing history at this time."

    But: WordPress.com Premium

  16. Hey Kardotim, I just checked my bank statement and the upgrade wasn't refunded, I was charged the $99. Let me know what's going on?

  17. It might take up to a week before you see the refund on your bank statement.
