The two upgrades are within their 30 day refund window. I am looking to cancel the following:
- No Ads
- Custom Design
This blog has moved to another host and these need to be cancelled. It appears that the contact form is currently down and I cannot find any other way to cancel these upgrades. Any help is appreciated.

You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store > My Upgrades section of your Dashboard. I have also flagged this thread for Staff attention.
Looking, I can't seem to find the "Cancel" button. Thanks for flagging it.

Look for the "cancel" link.
I don't see any history of upgrades or transactions on your account. You'll need to be logged in as the user who purchased the upgrades in order to cancel them.
macmanx, this is the user account that the site is associated with. I've cancelled Domain Mapping but did not see the cancel button for the two that are active. We had moved the site in February and I did not realize those were automatic renewals. It looks as though their renewal date is March 28 which is within 30 days for the refund. Can you please let me know at your earliest convenience? My other account [redinger] is my personal account. I am the technical contact for this site. Thanks.
