in settings i chose; do not show wordads to anyone
but sometimes they r shown
how can i delete them permanently

Hi - I am not seeing WordAds and can confirm that WordAds is set to off. I see that you do not have the No Ads upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/. I believe that is why some of your visitors would be seeing ads.
