I have cancel my blog but it still appears in the google research? How can I fix that?

You can't. It will take between 3 and 6 months time for Google and Bing to flush their caches of all indexed deleted material that produces a 404 (page not found). See http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1269119
