Cancellation of Premium Trial Account

    I have problems to cancel my premium account.
    For some reason a cancelation is not possible. Does the reason might be, that I don’t have a videos uploaded on my website?
    Please help me/ make sure that I delete my trail premium version in time.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’ve used the Premium bundle to register a domain (life-experience.info). There are two ways we can proceed:

    1. If you want to keep the domain, I can create a manual payment request for the cost of the domain (22$). Then, you can continue using it at WordPress.com or elsewhere.

    2. I can cancel both the Premium bundle and the domain. In that case, the domain would be returned to the registrar. It will be unavailable for several weeks and then might be sold to someone else.
