Cancellation/Refund

    Hello.

    I was looking for an option to cancel and be refunded the $99 for the Value Bundle that was recently purchased. However, I can't find any link or button for this under "Store" or "My Upgrades".

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The blog I need help with is fgawrestling.wordpress.com.

    You will need staff assistance - the $ 99 bundle includes domain registration that has a 48 hour window to cancel - the rest of the bincle is 30 days - I have flagged this for staff attention

    I would NEVER recommend WordPress to anyone at this point in time. Never wasted so much time to simply publish a story. Since it's too late to request a refund, I'd at least like to see a way to simply publish a story, poem, article, etc. Having worked in technical writing, you really need some plain "nuts and bolts" directions instead of "If you want to do this... If you want to do that" ALSO - why are old drafts being saved after I edit them??? It only makes it confusing to figure out what I've published. Thus far, I'd like to write new and better things, but will avoid WP. Paid for a domain name, sorry I did. Let me know if something's wrong, maybe I'll change my mind.

    You can find the link on your upgrades page. (Look for the 'Cancel and Refund' text link)

    thanks, but it's too late for a refund according to site info. have published elsewhere w/ over 100 reads. this is extremely tedious to use. Example: uploaded a photo, KNEW it needed cropping, Clicked to crop and it ended up posted. I'll get back to it another day when there's more time to kill. I'd like to write something and have it LOOK like a story, instead of a "blog" A person shouldn't have to make a study of wordpress, just to get started typing and publishing. Kills all inspiration. Thanks for reply, don't mean to sound ungracious, but this has not been a good experience at all.

    Hi > can I please cancel my bundle and receive a full refund.
    I have followed the link and read the instructions on HOW to do so but I don't seem to be able to find any of the my upgrade links suggested.
    Please delete my domain and the bundle purchase.

    Hi

    Please can we receive a refund as well. Unfortunately we missed the fact that custom templates and lack of, I think it was, FTP service makes it tricky for us to use this wordpress.com SaaS option.

    Hope this is okay?

    baobabsuite, you can cancel your Value Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you'll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a "Cancel" button.
