Hello. I have attempted to cancel both domain mapping and private registration for this domain, which I haven't used in years, and which I apparently did not successfully cancel, as I thought I had, when I was billed last year.
I believe I have successfully cancelled the domain mapping in time to receive a refund (18 hours after receiving the notification), but would like this confirmed, and would also like it confirmed that the private registration will be cancelled and refunded, since I saw no additional option to do so in the My Upgrades section of the Store once I had cancelled the domain mapping.
(I would add also that I'm not thrilled about being forced to ask "the Community" for help with a private billing concern, even given that I'm not providing financial information. Very poor support practice, in my opinion.)
