   You can disable auto-renew here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew

   I purchased a premium theme. It is for a time limited blog so I want to disable auto renew. There is no option to do this when I follow timetheif's suggestions.

   The only upgrade that does not require annual renewal is a Premium Theme purchase. Premium themes are a one time purchase for the lifetime of the blog while hosted here at WordPress.com.
