   Ok so I really want to start all over again how do i go about canceling my current account?

   Blogs can be deleted although you will never be able to get that URL back. Once you delete it it is gone forever: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/ . My suggestion is to just set it to private in case you might want to resurrect it at some point in the future.

   Accounts cannot be deleted: http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ .

   If you want to start over with a new blog URL and name, and a new different username, just create a new account (it will require a different email address than the one associated with your current account). Each account has to have a unique email address.

   What if I want to keep the same URL, just start from scratch (new theme, etc.)? On wordpress.com, not .org.

   Then just delete all your posts, pages, comments, etc., remove all the widgets from the sidebar and choose a new theme. You are back to square one. Your stats will still have the old stats up to the point you deleted everything, so they will not return to zero, but other than that, the blog will be brand new.

   Oh yeah, and delete all your tags and categories.
