This was my old blog -> http://umdbulldogcountry.wordpress.com/. When you go to the site, it says the author removed it, but in my account it says I own 2 sites, bulldogcountry.com and bulldogcountry.com/wordpress. Then when I try to just redo it all, like create the blog all over again, it says the name is taken. Help?

Neither bulldogcountry.com and bulldogcountry.com/wordpress is a WordPress.COM blog. They are hosted elsewhere. You did indeed delete your WP.com blog.
I know, it made me put "The blog I need help with is:" and my blog didn't even show up. So I'm not sure what to do. I want to start it back up again. Any idea how I go about solving this?
I'm afraid that we at WordPress.com cannot help, but you can presumably find help at the forums for those kinds of blogs, at http://wordpress.org
