   pressed all the right buttons but disqus does not appear on blog.

   Help!

   The blog I need help with is andyboy100.wordpress.com.

   We cannot add Disqus to Free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We have a commenting system built into to our blogs and it's the only one we can use.

   To set up defaults for commenting go to this page > Settings Discussion
   instructions
   To override default comment settings on any individual post or page and enable or disable comments see here.

   Any paid Premium feature to overcome this? or is the only solution if you really want Disqus to go via WP.org and host elsewhere?

   @rickyvanovich: To my knowledge, there is no upgrade to have Disqus on a WordPress.com blog... except if you have hundreds of thousands of visits per month and can afford WordPress.com VIP.

   No. Disqua cannot be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs period.
