stephenzmdI set up a new bog and then changed the banner... now the dashboard tab and all other tabs are gone.. I cannot log in or anything!

Also not that you are posting to the wrong support forum and we cannot help you here at all. We provide support only to those with free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. Go to the footer of your theme and click this link "Proudly powered by WordPress". It directs to http://wordpress.ORG and that means the correct support forum for you is here http://wordpress.ORG/support/

it all works now!!! and the login name in worked too! now how do I get the dashboard back onto the home page?
