Cannot find plug in in control panel/cannot delete it from directory/need help

  1. I installed the "snow storm" to my wordpress.com blog back in winter. After winter was over, I *thought* I'd turned it off. Apparently it's still running (although I cannot see it myself). Tried to go into the plug in section to turn it off, but there's no plug in section anymore on my dashboard. Did it get moved or deleted?

Went into my yahoo small business control panel. Found the subdirectory with the snowstorm plug in in it. Went to delete it and I got a message saying "this file cannot be deleted." So how do I get rid of this thing? It's still snowing on my bog! Please help.

    Thank you,
    Erin

The blog I need help with is erinkendall.wordpress.com.

  2. Since you mention Yahoo Small Business then you're referring to a blog not hosted on WordPress.com. Please contact Yahoo support to help you remove the plugin.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

Please check out the following links to learn the differences.

  3. Actually, it's just the domain that is through Yahoo Small Business. The blog is hosted by wordpress.com. Sorry for the confusion.

  4. We need the full URL of the site you need help with - the site linked to your name is not snowing and does not have a custom mapped domain name -
