Cannot find the Header in Manifest

  1. Hello all,

    I upgraded my WP account to custom design and am still learning CSS and there is one thing I stumble upon.

    In Manifest, I am trying to put the site description above my custom header image, so just under my menu bar.

    Only I cannot find my header in the code. I don't see no URL , no #header, no nothing.

    I'm going nuts.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

  2. Basically this will get you there. I changed the width in #site-description to 100% so that the site description would center instead of being left-aligned. If you want more or less space above or below the header image, adjust the top and bottom margin values in #header-image.

    #header-image {
    margin-bottom: 50px;
    margin-top: 50px;
    }

    #site-description {
    position: absolute;
    top: 130px;
    width: 100%
    }
  3. BTW, the header image is not done in the CSS, it is done in the PHP script files. That is why you do not see it in the CSS. They provided the #header-image selector for it, but since they were doing nothing to it style-wise, they did not enter anything into the CSS to keep it compact. Not needed, not there.
