   Hi,

   I'm totally new to wordpress and using the Columnist theme. This had 3 or 4 columns of photos with summary text under them on the home page and you could click on a photo or 'more' to go to the full post.

   However, I have only been able to get a text header on the home page and some text, but not the photo. When I insert a photo and text it goes onto the post page.

   I cannot see how I can get the photo and summary text on the home page or how to get the columns of 3/4 photos along the home page either.

   Any help appreciated thanks.

   Try looking up the details in the Theme Forum. These newer themes are very customizable, but you have to do the research in advance in order to get them to look like the previews.
