Every time I select 'import' from the dashboard and select 'import from Blogger' I get the following error. I've tried on several internet browsers and always get the same error. Help!

The blog I need help with is f1ofakind.wordpress.com.
I am having the same problem.
If yours is a large export file then you may have to break it into smaller export files first and then import them.
How do you go about doing that?
I have been having the same problem all day. Is there something wrong with the system?
I don't know if the importer is operating correctly or not. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting as this is a 4 day long weekend and they may not get to this thread immediately.
The importer is working just fine from what I can tell. Would you please try importing from a Blogger export file instead?

I'm not sure how to import from the Blogger export file. And I only want the posts and comments, not everything else. Each time I try to import, I get this:
Could not get a 200 response from get_total_results.
Uploading an export file is one of the options in our Blogger importer. You'll need to seek help from Blogger on how to obtain the export file, but this has worked in the past when then other importer had failed.
When I click on blogger under the import menu, this error pops up"

I can not even select the proper export file, that I downloaded from the Blogger Website.

When I go to my wordpress tools, and click "import", it takes me to the page with all the different choices of where to import from. I click on "blogger" and all I get is the message "Could not get a 200 response from get_total_results." What does that mean?
When I go to Blogger, I am able to make the export file, but wordpress isn't giving me anything to work with. Are you sure there isn't something wrong with the system? Has anyone else on here that got the same message figured out what to do?
Oh, it happens when you go to the importer. Ok, that's no good.

Can those of you having trouble here confirm whether any of your blogs are set to private? In looking at the importer code, I've noticed that a couple of the blogs seem to require me to log in to view them. When I set one of my test blogs to be viewable only by myself, I can reproduce the error you're encountering. And given the nature of the error, a private blog would seem to be a reasonable cause.
I've tweaked the importer page to handle private blogs more gracefully. Instead of showing a simple error message, you should still see the import page now, with a warning about the blog(s) causing the issue. To import any of these blogs, you'll need either to set it to be publicly viewable during the import or to fetch the export file from Blogger, available under the blog's Settings page (a tiny "Export blog" link near the top of the page).
If you opt to turn privacy off during the import, you'll need to use the "reset importer" button on our import page after changing the privacy setting. You should then be able to import.
I'd be grateful for confirmation that this resolves the issue, or of course for further error reports.

Now I can get through past the 'import from Blogger' option, however it comes up with the following message:
We were able to log in but there were no blogs. Try a different account next time.
f1ofakind, is your blog set to private? If so, the importer page can't view it. You'll need either to make it public while you do the import or to export a file from Blogger and use the file upload version of the importer at the bottom of the import page. You can export your Blogger posts by going to your blog Settings tab and then clicking the "Export blog" link near the top.
