Cannot upload .avi file (361 mb) after purchasing the VideoPress upgrade. When I attempt to upload this file, absolutely nothing happens, no error message, etc. I was told earlier that I could upload videos with this upgrade, as long as they were in a format acceptable to WordPress. Please let me know, because this could be a real show stopper for my site. Thanks!

You should be able to add an AVI file at Media > Add New in your Dashboard. If that isn't working can you first try clearing your cache and cookies?
If the file still isn't working can you check how you're processing and converting the file? We recommend AAC for audio and h.264 for video.
