I have been managing my site for months ... http://www.arksa.co.za, however today wanted to login to my backend ... http://www.arksa.co.za/wp-admin and was told that my password and user name does not exist ..
How does this happen ... and how does one correct it as we are in a panic as we need to do urgent updates onto the file
