   My domain mapping for theworkingcaregiver.org is expiring in a few days but does not give me an option to renew the mapping. HELP!!!

   Ho there,
   Have you checked here>
   Dashboard > Store > Domains
   and clicked the "Manage Domain Subscriptions" link?

   I'd like to confirm if this is the domain you are trying to renew

   Hi-Ho there (lol)

   I did. The problem was that someone else purchased the mapping and then the domain was transferred to me but the mapping renewal wasn't. However; now that I have the domain she cannot renew the mapping either.

   The domain mapping subscription still belongs to susanavello5857

   You will either need to be logged in as her to renew it, or ask her to request that it be transferred to you by requesting it here.
