I appear to have full access to my dashboard, but cannot view my blog (tried typing in my url, clicking on "view", etc.) Been getting "Goshdarnit!" page since about 5:00 GMT on Sept. 16 Something about a 503 error? Help!!

Volunteers cannot help you with this issue. And as this problem still persists today you may wish to send an email to support [at] wordpress [dot] com and request staff help.
A lot of stuff is broken at the moment as there seems to be a code push going on. I would go off, do something else and try again tomorrow :)

Yes, for the last few days all I get is 503 when importing xml -- haven't tried anything else, actually. Tried all night last night, again this morning. "Support is Closed" ... can't contact support. Is wordpress "goin' down" ?
It's not 9am over on the west coast yet. Give 'em about another half hour and then try.
