For most of the day today, I have been unable to access any wordpress sites, not my blog, not other people's blogs, nothing. It took forever for the forums to load, but still nothing else does. I have tried on different computers, using Firefox and Safari, and on my iPhone. What's happening?
The blog I need help with is richardlevesqueauthor.wordpress.com.
Thanks, but still not an answer to why it's happening. I can't go to Starbucks every time I'd like to post. Still, good to know it's not just me. Does anyone have an answer as to why or what I'm supposed to do?
I have also tried on my phone but not through my wifi. Still nothing. I know other people can see my blog since I'm getting emails about it, but I can't access it or anything else.

Where are you situated?
Exactly which browsers and versions of them have you tried using?
Please try this as it's worked for several others I have helped:
For logging in using the secure https:// log-in http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
1. log out of wordpress.com
2. clear your browser cache and cookies and disable all browser add-ons and extensions

3. reboot your computer
4. log in using the secure https:// link

I'm not saying that should solve your problem. I'm saying checking if the starbucks login works will tell us if the problem is with your ISP. Then if it is, you can contact your ISP.
