When trying to add zone for country domain "teracerstvo.si" I got this error message:
"We cannot add a zone for the domain you've specified. Please contact support for help."

I think that part is sort of not working at the moment. I'll tag this thread for staff attention and hopefully they will be around soon to manually set a zone record for you.

I have manually added a zone record for your domain.
You should now be able to map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
