Can't add form

    Hi, when I attempt to add a form to any page on my site, I don't get any code, any text. Any help? Thanks1

    This contact form will operate on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. What is the form for that you are trying to post? Please post the code you are using that isn't working here so we can take a look at it.
