I am trying to change the account email address from my address ([email redacted]) to my client's email address ([email redacted]). I get an error message saying that email address is already in use. She does not have another wordpress account. The only place her email address might be in your system is associated with the credit card used to purchase the account. How can I resolve this issue?

She does have a WordPress.com account tied to that email address.
She can recover access to the account by visiting https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
