Can't checkout for purchase

    I'm trying to upgrade to a premium theme. Each time I go to pay, it directs me to a page with failure in the title, and the words "Are you sure you want to (do this)?" but does not have any navigation buttons (like yes, or no). The only way off the page is to hit my back button on my browser or close out of my web browser window.

    Would love to purchase, but can't make my way past this error.

    I've upgraded my browser (Firefox) and it didn't help.

    The blog I need help with is couponingkalispell.wordpress.com.

    I've also tried paying both via paypal and credit card, both links take me to the same error page.
