Can't connect to my blog

  1. I can not access my blog, but I can log on to wordpress.com

The blog I need help with is iamkialilith.wordpress.com.

  2. I do not understand why my blog isn't connected with my gravatar. I log on to wordpress.com, but I can't access the blog. :(

I did "clean out" the cashe and cookies.

    Thank you for helping me!

  3. Specifically which blog URL starting with http:// are you referring to and exactly what happens when you try to log in to it?

  4. http://iamkialilith.wordpress.com/

I log on to the wp account, but when I want to go to my blog, it is not there. It says: start a blog.

Thing is: when I visit the blog (logged onto [email redacted]) I see a totally different gravatar in the left corner.

I hope this isn't too confusing. I am terribly confused myself.

  5. Hi again,
This is all going to boil down to how many username accounts you have and exactly which one registered which blog. There is only one means of account recovery so please read on.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog's dashboard.

Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
    follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

  6. Thank you!

  7. You're welcome and best wishes.
