kashnycI cannot create a link using the Visual Editor. The button is frozen.
Also, I can not modify the date/time the post is published. This button is frozen.

I had a strange quirk a couple of weeks ago creating links in the visual editor, I could do it in Chrome but not Firefox.
I ended up re-installing Firefox.
Try doing it in another browser first. If it works in that browser, then you need to do a re-install.

There have been previous quirks and in those cases IE7 was problematic.

It opening it in other browsers and that did not help either. I deleted all of my plugins and that also did not help.
