Can't decide between two names

    I can't decide if I want to keep my blog titled Blind Blather or rename it to Blissful Blathering. Which would you be more enticed to read? Like the name suggests, I don't have a specific topic in mind. It's just going to be a blog about something different every day. I thought Blind Blather was perfect because it describes exactly what my blog will be about, but I feel it has more of a negative sounding connotation to it like there's no point to my talking.

    Suggestions?? Thanks much!

    I think blissful is a more attractive title - you could always add some extra info in the strapline.

    I agree using blind does sound negative and it's not exactly considerate towards people who have visual problems, blind or otherwise.

    Frankly, having seen all the issues with retitled blogs, I would always advise you to keep the original. Or buy a custom domain.

    I like Blissful Blathering. It sounds like you are content to be blogging.

    I'm with raincoaster. I have seen bloggers chnaging usernames and blog URLs and experiencing all kinds of issues. I wouldn't do this at all. If you are into blogging over the long term purchase your own domain name. Blogs on sub-domains like .wordpress.com or .blogspot.com have less credibility as it's assumed the bloggers aren't committed enough to purchase a domain so they won't be around long. In addition I suggest using a domain name that contains key words pertaining to the subjects you blog about.

    I think you could call it Leroy.

    There's nothing more original than a blog called Leroy.
