   I have a problem deleting an archive link. I imported by blog from Blogger where one post was from April 1990, even though it wasn't... I was angry at Blogger for always messing my dates and times up when posting, so I chose 1990 instead of present day.

   Now when I imported the blog, that 1990 post followed and it alone created a link in the archives for 1990 instead of October 2006. I deleted the post in question in the hopes that the archive to 1990 would disappear, but it did not. I have tried to explore my dashboard to see if there is some way to delete archive links, but I have yet to find one.

   I tried to search the forums for a similar problem, but none of the posts I read covered the same problem. Does anyone know if it is possible to remove this empty archive link?

   Hello, I have the same problem. I suppose the links represent the folders where the posts are stored and when you delete the post the folder unfortunately remains.
   Now I deleted most posts so I have two month archives active and some five which are useless.
   I think only the WP staff can solve this. Or any ideas?
