Here is the problem. I don't need this blog anymore and I'm trying to delete it. I do everything right but the delete confirmation email never comes. I tried several times and the result is the same. No confirmation email.

check your spam mail folder or try resend the mail.

Check which email is registered with this blog by Settings --> >General. If a wrong email, verify a new email and try deleting your blog again.
