   I can't delete or edit my front page ("home"), even though I can edit the other pages on my site. When I press manage > pages, all my pages is listed, but not the front page

   please give us a link to your blog.

   The home page is usually where your most recent blog posts show up; it's dynamic, and therefore can't be edited.
