I can't figure out how to edit the URL of a page. Here is shows and edit button that lets you edit the URL:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/new-page-screen/
On mine, though, instead of the "Edit" button my button says "Change Permalinks" and takes me to a screen that does global permalinks settings. Can I just change the URL of one particular page?
