Hello all,
I've been trying to export my blog for a week now and it won't work! It either gives me a file with only a few posts in it, or none at all. I don't know who to speak with because the support section has been closed whenever I visit it. Can someone help me figure this out please? :-(
I'm not sure why this is happening, but support is open 9a-5p Pacific time, Mon-Fri.
Perhaps someone else will pop in with an idea of what is causing this.

At present your wordpress.com username is linked to a commercial esty site so we are not sure if your are actually referring to a wordpress.com blog or not. Please post a link to your wordpress.com blog.
If you are referring to a wordpress.com blog then the instructions for exporting the blog contents into an xml file are found here http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/can-i-migrate-my-blog-from-here-to-another-blog-somewhere-else/
-> Dashboard -> Manage -> Export
If you have been using them and an error message is being received then please tell us what exactly does that error message say?
