Can't find domain administration

  1. I am trying to switch from WordPress.com to GoDaddy.com so I can use a greater variety of WordPress.org themes. I am reading the following instructions:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/

    If you have registered your domain through WordPress.com and would like to make changes to it, follow these instructions.
    Domain Manager Login
    1.Go to Settings->Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
    2.Look for Domain Administration and change the password.

    I got to "Domains" but for some reason I can't see "Domain Administration" anywhere. Where on the page is it?

    My domain is orphanjusticecenter.com

    Please help.

    The blog I need help with is compelledbyreality.wordpress.com.

  2. Did you purchase your domain from WordPress.com? Was it mapped to your blog here at WordPress.com? If not, we cannot help you and it will not show up there.

  3. Yes I did had the same problem and yes, I purchased my domain from WordPress.com and mapped it to my WordPress.com blog. But no "domain administration" as the original post stated.

  4. Then you'll need to contact staff directly: http://support.wordpress.com/contact

  5. @fusionjedi

    orphanjusticecenter.com is registered with Godaddy and points to Media Temple as your host - that might be part of why you can't find it at WordPress.COM
