I can't find the term "Follow us on Facebook" in GlotPress. You can find it in the footer here right between "Privacy" and "@wordpressdotcom on Twitter".

Hi Martin, sorry about the radio silence. That string is currently not marked as localizable, that's why you can't find it in GlotPress. Now, the Facebook page is entirely in English, so I'm not sure one would want to drive German-speaking (or any other language-speaking) traffic there. That footer and footer widget area is a mix of localized/English content at the moment.
