korfI was trying to insert a blank line between stanzas, and it is not there when I view my post. Also i tried to put a space there, but that didn't work. Is there a way of how I can get a blank line or would it be possible to improve WP ? THANKS !!!

Are you using a Mac and Safari at all? This often comes up with Safari as it can cause some problems with WP; until there's a fix, using Firefox or Camino to write posts is the best option and Safari for browsing.

<br />in the code editor? If you add that under the paragraph in code, it should work. You might find a couple of other suggestions in this thread as well. Hope that helps.
