   i cant install plugins I looked in my admin page for a link to upload plugins but there is none, do i have to pay for that?

   We can't use plugins at wordpress.com.

   You need to be using the wordpress.org (not .com) if you want to download, install, and configure your own wp blog that allows plug-ins.
