   Have you tried multiple files? It is possible that the one image file may be corrupt.

   Yes, I've tried at least five different files and I'm getting an "IO Error" (not "error 10" as I originally reported. Extremely frustrating.

   I'd like to rule-out a browser-specific issue. Would you please try again in Chrome or Firefox?
