Hello, I'm having one of those periodic issues when I can't log on and when try to go to my wordpress.com site it gives me a weird non-formatted image that looks like this (uploaded to twitpic): http://twitpic.com/akjfc4/full
I've tried clearing caches and restarting browsers, but no dice. Is there a systemwide WP issue I should know about?

no, in the U.S. it's the same in Firefox and Chrome.

@timethief - this isn't a problem on the mobile iPhone app, where it's loading just fine.
It's on my laptop. You responded and helped me last time by telling me to restart my modem, which I've already tried, but so far, no-go.
@timethief, so I just used a MiFi devise and was able to log in just fine, so it's definitely a problem with my ISP.
I just restarted the modem and router and my computer and all is well again. Thanks, @timethief, for the quick response, as always.
