My site has 5,657 comments for moderation but i cant modarate them because when i click awaiting moderation(5,657) a message appears

It shouldn't time you out on the comments as they are seperated into 'pages' and not all are loaded on a page, but rather about 30. I would just try it again. As for the blogs with most views, it is best to view something on the main http://wordpress.com page or at http://botd.wordpress.com/
