Can't open spam comment box

  1. I usually scroll through the spam comments to check if the odd one goes in by mistake. However when I tried to do that today...my computer throws up a page that say their is an infection, with this message:

The requested URL contains malicious code that can damage your computer. If you want to access the URL anyway, turn off the avast! web shield and try it again.

    Infection type: JS:ScriptPE-inf [Trj]

I can't even open the spam box [though not sure if I want to], to find out what is going on. I am not sure if anyone can help, but I really would love some ideas.

The blog I need help with is jobryantnz.wordpress.com.

  2. Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you're seeing this? You can upload the screenshot to your blog's media library.

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Safari or Google Chrome?
