Hello,
My domain name apparently expired a few weeks ago - I was travelling for months, I kinda keft the blog.
But I didn't receive any emails about the soon-expiring domain name etc, I just forgot about it.
Now I'd like to renew it - if it's not too late- but can't find the "store" or "shop" or "renew" part on my dash?
Could you please provide a link to it?
Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Are you logged in as the Admin that bought the original upgrades?
If you are not logged in as an Admin you will not see the Store tab.
I have also flagged this for staff assistance - if it has been too long since the registration expired you will need staff help to renew it

I'm the one that created this blog/website, paid everything, so I guess i'm logged in as the Admin...
Hi there, could you please try renewing via this direct link and let me know if it worked for you:

If you renew today, you would still be renewing before the domain goes into redemption and you'll be able to renew for the normal price, without the extra fee.
We did send reminder emails about the domain expiration coming up, so it might be worth checking your Spam folder to make sure the emails don't end up there.

I just paid and apprently it worked.
And, really honestly, i got email from WordPress about new features etc, but nothing about my domain name.
Hmmm, that's strange. Did you get the email confirming the purchase of the domain renewal?
