hilaryharwellRenew domain option not available in My Upgrades. I didn't realize hilaryharwell.com had expired in January of this year. I'd like to renew it. Please advise on how to do so.

Your domain name is in the wild - try buying the domain name again (not renew) - it that does not work you will need to have the staff fix a bug that does not release the domain name in your blog so you can purchase it again - or if you don't want to wait you can register the name with another registrar such as Name Cheap or others then map it to here - that would have the domain name back under your control sooner -
at any rate this has been flagged for the staff to help you

Your domain is definitely in the wild now. If you want to register it with us again, you can add it via Store -> Domains in your blog's Dashboard.
