    Then why are you posting here rather than pursuing the problem with Staff?

    i am following both avenues.

    The first two mails I sent to staff got one reply each.
    I responded to them immediately but got no response since.
    That is 2 days ago.
    Its like they just gave up.

    Eventually somebody on here may be experiencing the same thing and find a fix.

    Bizarre, I can now highlight text. But I still have the problem with the vis editor.
    I have not made any changes since earlier when I couldnt highlight text, bus suddenly its working.
