Hello,
when I open the dashboard of my blog, it shows "loading" under the headers, e.g. recent drafts, stats and incoming links. Also, when I try to upload a file, no window opens, and if it does, the process stops there.
Is anybody having the same problems?

The blog I need help with is mathematikblog.wordpress.com.
Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again. Many times that fixes dashboard related issues.
