When I first made the blog, I used the background image from my website. I was browsing through the default themes today and wanted to see how one looked. After I decided I like my URL custom image better, I went to change it back, but the link I clicked to change it the first time was gone! How do I get my picture back??

You might have to upload the background image again and reapply it since you switched themes.
What I'm saying is, I don't know how to upload it again. The "Background" option no longer appears under the "appearance" menu.
Not all themes here have a custom background option. If you go to appearance > themes and then use the feature filter (to the right of the search box) you can filter for themes with custom backgrounds.
