Hi. I want to know if there is a way to rearrange the categories once created. In other words, I have a category that is at the bottom of my list on the website but I would like to make it the first. Can this be done? Thanks

Categories are displayed in alphabetical order. You can also create a hierarchical structure if you have subcategories by configuring the Categories widget to show hierarchical structure

I wanted to keep my blogroll in a certain order so I made them a numbered list. You should be able to do the same thing with your categories.
This is true and it's the way to override Categories being displayed in Alphabetical order that I described way back in August 24th, 2007 here
